José Guillermo Guzmán Santiago [Pantalones] (born September 4, 1928 in Coamo, Puerto Rico) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from 1954 through 1956 for the Cleveland Indians (1954-55) and Kansas City Athletics (1956). In the Negro leagues, he played for the New York Cubans from 1947 to 1948. Listed at 5' 10", 175 lb., he batted and threw right-handed.
